Section 125 Premium Only Plan:

The Section 125 saves you and your employees money by reducing payroll taxes. Employees pay their portion of insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis rather than on an after-tax basis. Reduces your taxable payroll by reducing your employees’ taxable income. So both you and your employees pay less in taxes.

If you are not requiring employees to contribute to the cost of their insurance, a Section 125 Premium Only Plan allows you to do so with the least impact on employee salaries.

Administration:

Our staff is always available to assist our client’s members resolving any type of claim issue and providing a resolution in all cases. They assist with the administration of our client's benefits plans by adding, changing or terminating members to the employer’s group plan. During Open Enrollment, they work closely with our clients HR staff to collect and present data for the preparation of the group's anniversary renewal. This data will then be sent to all insurance carriers so we can provide a "market-survey" to our clients detailing a comparison of plan benefits and rates instrumental in the renewal process.
