John has more than 28 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent. He started Choice Benefits, Inc. in 1992. He is responsible for managing the employee benefits program for his clients. Many of which have been with him for over 20 years. In business, as in life, John values honesty and integrity. John received his Bachelor of Arts degree from West Chester University in 1985. He has been married to his wife Lisa for 25 years. They have 3 children, John, Matt and Nick. One of his hobbies is long distance running. "Running provides me time to unwind and digest the many responsibilities ahead of me".
Joseph Hartman is Vice President of Choice Benefits, Inc. As an Employee Benefits Advisor, Joseph's goal is to help optimize his client's benefits and key executive plans through detailed attention and research. He understands that a client's Employee Benefits Program is an important component to a company's employee retention as well as one of their highest expenditures. Most important, he is motivated to find his clients a comprehensive benefits program to meet their company's philosophy and to find ways to minimize the cost providing these benefits. Joseph brings 30 years of insurance and employee benefits experience to his position, making him a seasoned and reliable advocate and troubleshooter on behalf of his clients, as well as being vigilant to provide the highest level of personal services. Continuing education is extremely important. Because the marketplace changes rapidly, Joseph is committed to staying on top of the latest innovations and information.
Joseph graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. He is married to his wife Sylvia, has a son Michael and two step-daughters, Lisa and Heather. Joseph has been a volunteer with West Chester United Soccer Club as a team administrator and assistant coach.
Ann McGrath is our senior administrative assistant with Choice Benefits. She has worked with Choice Benefits for over 15 years and has a close relationship with all of our clients. Ann uses a solution-focused approach by really listening to the client's needs. Her diligent approach to claims and administrative issues provides clients with the assurance that these issues will have a positive resolution. Ann has lived in West Chester for 20 years with her husband Bill of 35 years. Ann is the proud mother of three very successful daughters Kelly Ann (33), Colleen Marie (30) and Kristy Lynn (25). Along with working at Choice Benefits Ann’s has been an Aerobics instructor for 18 years. Ann enjoys being active and social with family and friends.
Rosemary Gavetti has been an administrative assistant with Choice Benefits, Inc. for over 6 years. She comes from a strong customer service background in addition to her tenure with Choice Benefits. Rosemary works daily with business owners, human resource leaders and employees to help them navigate claim and administrative issues. In today's ever changing health insurance market, she understands the importance of having an advocate working on behalf of our clients with the insurance carriers and providers. Rosemary takes great pride providing assistance and resolution in these matters.
Rosemary lives in Downingtown with AJ her husband of 20 years, and their children Alexandria and Nicholas. She enjoys weekends at the beach, reading, any time spent with family and friends and is a sports enthusiast. She also enjoys spending time in the kitchen and hopes to be a famous chef in her next life.
